Travelling
from the south:
Leave the M6 motorway at junction 36 and travel along
the A591 through Windermere to Ambleside.
Travelling from the north:
Leave the M6 motorway at junction 40 and travel along
the A66 towards Keswick. Turn left at Threlkeld and
travel along the B5322 through St. John's in the Vale until
you join the A591. Then follow the signs to Grasmere
and Ambleside.

From Ambleside:
Follow the signs to Hawkshead (A593 / B5286) 5 miles.
At Hawkshead take the Coniston road (B5285) for one
mile to Hawkshead Hill Baptist Chapel. Follow the
signs to Tarn Hows, immediately after the Chapel,
and again at the next crossroads. Sawrey Ground is 200
metres on the right, down a driveway. |
